 24.  When you are away on family vacations, who will look after the dog?  

Unfortunately we have not been able to work out all the kinks so that this form will automatically e-mail to us so for the time being if you could just cut and paste it into your     e-mail or print it off and scan it that would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully in the near future we can get it working properly.
